St. Michael's Hospital Diet

Loss 5 - 10 lbs in 3 days

1st DAY

2nd DAY

3rd DAY

Breakfast
1 grapefruit
1 slice of toast
teaspoon peanut butter
tea/coffee (no sugar)

Breakfast
1 egg (any style)
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana
tea/coffee (no sugar)

Breakfast
5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheese
1 small apple
tea/coffee (no sugar)

Lunch
½ cup tuna OR 3 sardines
1 slice of toast
tea/coffee (no sugar)

Lunch
½ cup cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers
tea/coffee (no sugar)

Lunch
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of toast
tea/coffee (no sugar)

Dinner
2 slices of meat (any kind)
1 cup string beans
½ cup beets
1 small apple

½ cup ice cream

Dinner
2 frankfurters
1 cup brocoli
½ cup carrots
½ cup ice cream

Dinner
1/2 cup tuna
½ cup beets
½ cup califlower
½ cup cantaloupe


Note:

Drink 5-9 oz glasses of water a day

1 before each meal

1 late afternoon

1 before bed


Do Not:

Omit, substitute or change the order of the meals.

This diet works on a chemical breakdown.


Remember:

It's only for 3 days, you can do it again and take a ten days break & lose another 5-10 lbs.
